Useful things to include in a first note: the platform and modules involved, whether this is an implementation, ongoing support, or a season (Open Enrollment, renewals, a migration), the timeline pressure you're under, and, if it's a defect, what you're seeing versus what you expect.
You'll get a reply from the principal, usually the same business day. If we're not the right fit for the work, we'll say so plainly and, where we can, point you at someone who is.
